Here are my questions on implementing BADI HRESS_MENU

I can use COUNTRYGROUPING at the application parameters do country specific services:

1. Can i have this parameter any no. of times within the same app parameter? eg., if i want the personal info available only for 2 among 4 countries, can we add COUNTRYGROUPING=01&COUNTRYGROUPING=02? for the same application in an ESS role?

2. I created a custom ESS role, how can i make use of the standard BADI implementation for the same.? I tried debugging but it works only for standard role "ESS" and not for custom "ZESS".
