Regarding Transport errror moving from quality to production

Recently we moved one bex query from development to quality , once the test was done

we are trying to move that bex query from quality to production.. here we are facing some issues while moving to production

Start of the after -import  method RS_ELEM_AFTER_IMPORT  for object type (s) ELEM (Activation mode)

Error when activating element B3WBLYQ04RWUNUUOUUOH5M9XR9

End of after import method RS_ELEM_AFTER_IMPORT for object type ElEM (Delete Mode)

Errors occured  during  post -handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT for ELEM L
