Re: MBO FindAll didn't return results when SAP RFC has been changed

This is a very common bug. It is caused by some caching that occurs in the the JCO.

 

If you change the interface of an SAP RFC, then you MUST restart the SMP (SUP) server box (including windows).

 

Steps to be followed are:

  • If you are adding new import or export fields to RFC, Delete the MBO package from SCC. Make changes in the MBO.

          Delete the existing queries if any.

          Uncheck and check primary keys if any.

          Refresh.

          Check the findall query in the MBO

          deploy the package.

  • Restarting the SUP server is the other easiest way to solve this issue.
