Thanks for the reply.

Whenever I log in with the Employee login id, I can see his name is auto populated as the Emp. Resp., in an Account, etc.

But for this specific issue where I am trying to auto-populate the OWNER (Emp. Resp.) in a Buying Center, the above mentioned configuration does not work.
I have tried the steps mentioned by you atleast twice, but it didnt help.

Any other way I can achieve this? (see the above attached screenshot)

Or is it just through a program I could get it done?
