An internal error occured while calling 'getMap' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error:INF)

I am getting this error when I try to open a webi report via launch pad. At first it's loading for a while and that I just get that error message. All services are running and we are using BO 4.0 SP5 Patch 5.

Any ideas what that mean or where I could start to look at?
