web services ;sending error log to service consumers

Hello Experts

I have created a web service from function module . And this service is consumed by non SAP system. When SAP server is down or any problems occur then if my service consumers consume the service error is sent to them like "Error is collected in SRT_UTIL "

Is it possible to send the trace log from the above aforementioned transaction to my service consumers???

Please advise
