New PR for release WO

Dear SAP PM Guru,

Is there any configuration or enhancement that help us create new collective PR for WO which was released????

More detail, I have WO with many component need to be purchased. I set collective PR on configuration then system create 1 collective PR for all items on component tab.

Now what I want to do is, when I release WO, I have to add extra purchased items on components. From this case, how can we set in order for system create new collective PR for these components.

From this point, we will have 2 collective PRs, 1 PR is for components before releasing WO, 2nd PR is for components after release WO.
