I am just pasting the reply that i posted for your same post in a different thread. May be useful.
Special GL indicators are never created at Company code level but are activated for COA level. If both of your company codes (say A and B) are using same CoA, then the same GL account should be found for the spl gl indicators. Hope this clarifies.
