How to activate Catalogs?

Hello everybody,

I need information about Catalogs on C4C. I found an activity on the Project Scope under General Business Data - Products called Catalogs. The description of this scope element says that Catalogs allows to use internal and external supplier catalogs, to import internal catalogs in different formats, to create product catalogs for electronic commerce transactions and create publish catalogs to XML files. I flagged this activity and the asociated question but I don't see any new activity, work center or view.

Please some help or information about this because in help center I can't find anything.
