Hi,

first select the navigational attr at info object level -> go to attribute tab -> turn to form display to navigational attr.

after that select the cube level at navigational attr folder -> expand the folder -> select the check box navigational attr for required.

finally select the multi provider level assign the objects for navigational attr.

ex -if you want the student degree level at report level you can select the 0STUDNET_0DEGREE LEVEL the it will give degree.

ex- 0STUDNET_0DEGREE LEVEL

if you select the degree level for program it is not giving the student degree level.    

0PROGRAM_0DEGREE LEVEL

ODEGREE LEVEL  have attribute of 0SUTDNET and 0PROGRAM.

check the navigational attr naming conventions.
