To rectify this you can opt for following options -

1.  Delete all entries in your development system, save it in a new TR and release your TR till your quality system.  Once the TR is in quality system, see if all the values (including old values) are removed with this new TR.

2. If yes, maintain all the new required entries in development system and save it in a new TR and release it till quality system.

If above does not work then ,

If allowed, you can open your quality system for manual configuration and delete the old entries (This approach should be of last priority).  You can request your basis team to open your quality system to do the manual configuration.
