Hi Heiko,
The temporary file is not uploaded but it is locked by the downloader. It is just giving you an impression that it is getting uploaded.
If the download fail, the download start from the beginning.
In next version this going to get fixed and download will resume from where it broke\stopped. There you should not get the above problem.
