Time constraint class for time management

Dear Expert,

I would like to seek you advice how to create TCC (time constraint class) for absence quota?

the reason i need to create TCC because i have use up all the system available TCC for my absence quota. (table: V_556A_B)

when i assign same TCC to new absence quota, its will auto delimit/delete the exist and create new.

therefore, i have to create new TCC to cater this issue.

Appreciate your advice and suggest to resolve this issue.
