this is very strange. But now - since it is reproducible - there has to be a reason for it.
Can you please provide the following information:
- do you have any active Badi implementation for Badi HRPIQ00EVOBJ_FILLEXP or HRPIQ00EVOB_REGCHECK? Please check in SE18 --> Badi, Implementation Overview!
- what do you see if you show the details of the bad open assessment process? Can you please provide all data elements you see, esp. "module booking" (traffic light icon) and "status booking".
- did you try menu item Jump->assign module booking (or similar)?
