Help required in Query report from JE

Dear all,

I want TDS report from JE. Journal Entry are entered manually. these are not related to any other document.

from this I want The vendor name , Vendor Credit Amt, sum of all taxes (contains Service tax, Cess, He_cess), Tax deducted @ source separately in column and total of all (Vendor Credit Amt + sum of All taxes + Tax Deducted Amt) in last column.

I am not able to get like that report.

Please help me.
