Installing Business Content (Match)

I know this topic has been discussed quite a bit, but I still have some questions.

0CUSTOMER is already installed and I am installing 0CUSTOMER from Business Content again to update the fields.  I am doing "Only Necessary Objects".  When I bring in 0CUSTOMER for install there are a lot of other InfoObject attributes, etc marked for Install and Match that are already installed. 

If I Install all of this I am concerned a mess will be created.  If I do install and match all of the objects will all of my InfoObject Transformations be deactivated?
