RFID Tag Read from SAP ITS mobile

Hi,

we are trying to integrate RFID handheld with SAP (Auto-ID Infrastructure)  using ITS-Mobile.

we are using MC9090-G handheld device.

we are not able to read any RFID Tags, we tried using java scripts, meta tags, coded in ITS screens.. no able to achieve Read RFID tag functionality.

any insight with RFID ITSmobile, will be highly appreciated.
