AUC asset deprection unable to close WBS

Hi Experts,

We have issue with below asset, AUC settlement done at that time system passed one entry, with USD currency value of “  0.90/- “  but as per local currency it’s fine. CC currency is GBP,

Now trying to close WBS element system appearing  the error message AUC have value,  and also we have to tried to deactivate the asset but system not accepting due to value exist in DEP area 30 and 32.

Asset FY 2013 we have entries with success full without any problem, for FY 2012  value here it is shown as depreciation in FY 2013.  Which should not be for AUC assets. ( 1000000174)

how to close the WBS and how to rid of the 0.90 value from asset
