Well its recommended to be on EHP4 for 7.3 NW>otherwise there will be a compatablity issue as per note 1468349.

But you can try for testing purposes using MSS 600 latest version, not 630, and see it if works, But I have seen it wont, So if you are on 7.3, you need ECC to be atleast on EHP4 thats what SAP recommends. You can check here below I shared all the information

NW7.3 in this case as the ERP components installed do not fulfilled
the start release requirement as described in the attached note 1468349.

You would need to update the backend ERP system to at least EHP4 FOR
SAP ERP 6.0 so the ERP components will be updated
